About BES(t) 4 kids
BES(t) 4 Kids aims to provide all children in the Caribbean Netherlands with high-quality, safe, and accessible daycare and out-of-school care.
BES(t) 4 kids is a collaboration between the public entities of Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba and the ministries of SZW, OCW, VWS and BZK. The goal is to strengthen daycare and out-of-school care in the Dutch Caribbean. The focus is on creating a safe and caring environment for children that is accessible to all parents. So that every child has the opportunity to develop to their full potential.

Joint effort
The BES(t) 4 Kids partners prioritize collaboration and a unified approach. The public entities develop their plans in consultation with local stakeholders. The Dutch government supports the islands in refining these plans by providing financial resources and expertise.
