With the BES(t) 4 kids program, the quality and accessibility of daycare and after-school care will improve. This is done by educating and training pedagogical employees, improving the housing and by significantly reducing the parental contribution. In addition, the organizations are working with pedagogical plans, which are also discussed with the parents, and they are working on forming parent committees per center.
