Young children are often not able to properly indicate what is going on yet. That is why it is important that you, as a pedagogical professional, observe well, recognise signals, and raise them for discussion. This way, you can really make a difference in the development of a child. That is why in this module you learn:

• What risky factors are for children during the first 1,000 days.
• To recognise signals in the development of children.
• To discuss concerns with parents.
• To take appropriate steps in terms of colleagues or professionals.
