On the basis of, among others, island guidelines, this checklist was prepared to assess the health and safety of a childcare location. The requirements in this checklist are aimed at preventing risks with significant consequences and acting when these risks do occur. The checklist is evaluated regularly and, where required, adjusted every six months.
